Your Surgeon’s Office & Lake Ridge Ambulatory Surgery Center
Lake Ridge Ambulatory Surgery Center is an independent outpatient surgical facility where your surgeon performs procedures. Your surgeon’s office is a separate medical practice and operates independently from our surgery center.
If you have questions regarding any of the following, please contact your surgeon’s office directly:
- Your surgery or diagnosis
- Pre-operative testing or medical clearances ordered by your surgeon
- Surgery scheduling or changes to your procedure date
- Medication instructions provided by your surgeon
- Post-operative care instructions that are not included in the discharge instructions you receive from our surgery center
- Follow-up appointments
- Return-to-work forms, disability paperwork, or medical leave documentation
- Prescription refills
- Questions or concerns about your recovery after you return home
Our surgery center staff is available to assist you with questions related to your visit to Lake Ridge Ambulatory Surgery Center, including registration, arrival time, pre-operative preparation, transportation requirements, billing for our facility services, and your experience while receiving care at our facility.
While your surgeon performs procedures at our surgery center, your surgeon’s office and Lake Ridge Ambulatory Surgery Center are separate organizations with different staff, policies, and
responsibilities. Contacting the appropriate office will help ensure your questions are answered as quickly as possible.
