Patient Rights & Responsibilities
We are committed to providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while respecting your dignity, privacy, and individual rights. As our patient, you have important rights and responsibilities that help us work together to provide the best possible care. We encourage you and your family to review the information below so you know what to expect during your visit and how you can actively participate in your healthcare.
Patient Satisfaction Survey
We are committed to continuously improving the quality of care and service we provide. Following your procedure, you may receive a patient satisfaction survey. Your feedback helps us recognize what we are doing well and identify opportunities to better serve our patients. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Financial Responsibility and Assistance
We understand that healthcare costs can be overwhelming. Our goal is to help you understand your financial responsibilities before your procedure and provide information about available payment options. If you have questions about your insurance coverage, estimated out-of-pocket costs, or financing options, our Business Office is available to assist you.
No Surprises Act
The No Surprises Act is a federal law designed to protect patients from unexpected medical bills for certain healthcare services. It also gives uninsured and self-pay patients the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before receiving care. We are committed to helping you understand your rights and financial responsibilities so you can make informed decisions about your healthcare.
