Once your procedure has been scheduled, a member of our Business Office will contact you to review your insurance benefits and discuss your financial responsibility. You will be informed of any copay, deductible, coinsurance, or other out-of-pocket costs. Please note that this amount is based on the information available from your insurance carrier. Patient responsibility may change based on your insurance company’s final processing of your claim and the services provided on the day of your procedure.
Please note that the amount discussed before your procedure is an estimate based on the information provided by your insurance company at the time your benefits are verified. Your final financial responsibility will be determined after your insurance company has processed your claim.
If your insurance company pays more than expected, any overpayment will be refunded to you or credited to your account, as appropriate.
If your insurance company pays less than expected, you may receive a bill for any remaining balance that is your responsibility.
